How we race
Passion
For us, karting is passion first. We live every race with the same hunger as the first lap, from the starting grid to the chequered flag.
Method
We work with a precise method, weekend after weekend: preparation in the workshop, setup on track, data and debrief after each session. That way each race starts from what the last one taught us.
Teamwork
Driver, mechanics and coach work together, as one box. Every result belongs to the whole team, and that is where the next one starts.
Specialists
360° karting
AF Racing takes care of everything a driver needs to race: karts and engines, trackside support, coaching, telemetry, entries and travel. One team stays with you from the first test to the last race of the season. Turn up with your helmet; the rest is already sorted.
Karting only
Chassis setup, carburation, tyre pressures. That is where tenths are won and lost, and it is our everyday work.
From track to workshop
At every race on the calendar we set up the awning, tools and spares next to your kart. After the weekend the kart goes back to the workshop and leaves serviced for the next race.
Decisions on data
After every session we go through the telemetry with the driver. The setup changes on what the numbers say and on what the driver feels through the corners.
A path for every level
Someone starting from scratch needs a ready kart and someone beside them. Someone who has raced for years is hunting tenths. We tailor the programme to you, from your first test lap to a full season.
